Vendor Policies

Rental Fees
The rental fee includes exclusive use of entire facility for the agreed upon time slot. Rates vary depending on the day of the week and time of the year. 
We also include tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, 6 bar height tables, 16 six foot tables and table linens in white, black or ivory.

Heritage Hall has the space to comfortably accommodate the following guest count for each setup style:

  • Seated Dinner - 300

  • Cocktail Style - 400 (a mix of High top and seated tables)

Vendor Policies
Catering - Heritage Hall has an open catering policy, giving you the flexibility to choose whichever caterer works best for you.

Alcohol - You are welcome to provide your own alcohol for your event, but we do require you to hire bartenders from our exclusive company to serve. All alcohol must be contained in the bar area. Click on Bar Packages for more deatils.
