  • (Prices listed are for parties with 200 guests or less. There is an additional $5 per person charge for setups that are over 200 attendees. This is factored and paid for at the final meeting 2 weeks out)

  • If there is less than 90 days to your event date and the date is still available, a discounted might be available. Please contact us for a custom quote. 

  • New Year's Eve is priced as a Saturday. Other holidays may have special pricing as well; please inquire for more info

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Booking is considered ‘booked’ upon receipt of signed agreement and deposit. The first payment after the deposit is due 6 months before your event date on the first of those months. If there is not 6 months time, then an alternative date will be set.  

In addition, a credit card authorization form is required and will only be charged in the event there are damages to spaces rented under this agreement or Overages are made and charged as stated below.  Any final charges and TBD items are due at the final meeting which takes place approximately 2 weeks before the event. A 3.5% fee will be added if using a credit card to make payment. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. All prices are listed as US Dollars.

Rental rates include access to the venue for the hours specified on booking agreement, 66” round tables that seat up to 10 at a table, 6’ rectangular tables, bar height tables, up to 300 white resin chairs with padded seats, round and rectangular floor length table linens (white, black or ivory) and all setup and post event cleaning.

EARLY ENTRY OPTION 

We allow early access on the day before your event for a fee of $125 an hour (2-hour minimum, no earlier than 10 am). This will allow you access to the space the day before to decorate or drop items off. This is available 30 days before your event if there are no events scheduled the day before. Don't want to wait until 30 days out, we offer the same package for a fee of $250 an hour (4-hour minimum, no earlier than 10am)

CEREMONY AT HERITAGE HALL

Clients can hold their ceremony at Heritage Hall for an additional fee. Ceremony packages 1 & 2 include a one hour rehearsal with date and time to be determined based on availability and will be scheduled 30 days before your event. If interested, please choose which package fits your needs. Ceremony fees due at the final meeting approximately two weeks before the event date. Please Circle which package you would prefer.

  • Ceremony Package 1 ($800): Hold your ceremony inside Heritage Hall event space in conjunction with your reception. This package includes all set up for your ceremony with tables lining both sides of the venue. After the ceremony, guests will go to the bar area while Heritage Hall staff re-sets the space for the reception.  This package is only available for 200 guests or less.

 

  • Ceremony Package 2 ($400): Hold your ceremony inside Heritage Hall event space in conjunction with your reception. Seating for up to 100 guests will be set up in the dance floor area for family and close friends and all other guests will sit at the guest tables. After the ceremony Heritage Hall staff will move chairs to the tables around the dance area and set your head table according to the floor plan. 

  • Ceremony Package 3 (NO CHARGE): Hold your ceremony inside Heritage Hall event space in conjunction with your reception. Seating for up to 100 guests will be set up in the dance floor area for family and close friends and all other guests will sit at the guest tables. After the ceremony your family and friends will move chairs to the tables around the dance area and set your head table according to the floor plan. There is no rehearsal time built into this option.

Terms of Use

  • All renters must sign a contract agreeing to the following conditions. The contract serves as a binding agreement between the Renter and Heritage Hall. You will receive confirmation of your reservation of the venue when we receive the first half of the hall fee, accompanied by a contract signed by the responsible person(s) and initialed terms & conditions that verify these terms have been read, understood, and agreed to.

  • Renter will have access to the Heritage Hall from 10am - 12 (midnight) for a full day rental on Saturdays and 10am to 11pm on Friday/Sunday rentals. All parties must adhere to the maximum capacity limits. For payment, we accept check, cash, Master Card, Visa, and Discover (3% added if using a credit card).

  • If renters fail to follow all rental terms, the credit card on file will be used to cover the cost of additional excessive clean-up, repair for damages or replacement of items rented from Heritage Hall. We do not permit smoking inside any of our venue locations. Outside smoking areas are provided. Please see that this rule is strictly followed.

  • PLATINUM DJ  - We work exclusively with Kansas City's premier live event experts, Platinum DJ.   • BANDS- Bands can be used at Heritage Hall instead of hiring a Platinum DJ. The Band will need to bring in all their own equipment for the event. Platinum DJ’s projection equipment, monogram and down lights can still be rented from Platinum to add to your event. 

  • We are not responsible for any item rented from outside sources or personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen on the premises.

  • Cancellation of event for date contracted: Cancellation will result in the forfeit of any/all monies paid to Heritage Hall. *If for any reason Heritage Hall cannot fulfill contracted date stated above, 100% off monies paid by Tenant will be refunded. Written notification will be given to Tenant and a refund will be issued within 30 days of notification.

  • Renters must instruct the caterer to provide all personnel, food, drinks, tableware, and extra furniture & linen napkins. All deliveries must be coordinated with the venue management. Renters will provide personnel for setting up, taking down and storage of out-of-house rental equipment. Renters and caterers can access Heritage Hall at 10am the day of the event, unless other circumstances have been previously approved.

  • Decorations: The Client assumes responsibility for all damages to the facility, property and furnishings incurred by any guest or contracted help before, during, or after the event. The affixing of decorations to the event space walls and floor are not allowed. Rice, confetti, glitter, real rose petals and bird seed is prohibited. No tape should ever be used. This include command strips. Real Candles are not permitted to be used at Heritage Hall

  • In the event that Heritage Hall hires an attorney because of the violation of any term or condition of this rental agreement, renter shall pay such attorney's fees and other costs of expenses incurred by Heritage Event Spaces. 

GENERAL POLICIES & GUIDELINES: 

These policies apply to all clients and their guests.

 

  • Safety Regulations. Proper safety measures must be implemented on premises at all times and all work must be performed consistent with OSHA standards and regulations. No person may undertake any improper use of any safety features (such as fire alarms). No bicycles or other personal non-ADA vehicles are permitted to be used in the Building; however they may be stored in designated areas. 

  • Fire Regulations. No smoking is permitted inside the facilities. Flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited inside the Building. All materials used in decoration of any space in the facility must be certified as flame retardant. Pyrotechnics of any type on the Property are strictly prohibited unless written approval is obtained from facility personnel. All fire aisles and exits must be kept clear of equipment and people. 

  • Firearms. There shall be no firearms of any kind on the Property, except with the written approval from authorized Facility personnel; which may be withheld in the absolute discretion of Facility Management.

 

  • Alcohol. If alcohol is being served by the client, said client may provide alcoholic beverages, but they must be opened and served by a licensed bartender hired through Heritage Hall. Alcohol may never be served to any individual on the property under the age of twenty-one years old, pursuant to state laws. Facility reserves the right, but shall not have a duty, to remove any person demonstrably under the influence of alcohol. Renter acknowledges responsibility for all local ordinances, guidelines, policies, and laws pertaining to distribution, sales, and consumption. No alcohol is permitted outside the building (except in designated areas according to local ordinances). This agreement does not authorize the sale of alcohol. No person shall sell alcohol at the rented facility without first obtaining any and all necessary permits authorizing such sale from the State Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, and associated insurance coverages 

  • Animals.  If you would like to bring any animal on the Property you must receive consent from venue management. The only exception would be those registered or licensed for use by blind or disabled individuals, or for the purpose of specific events authorized by the Facility. If an animal or pet is requested for an authorized purpose as described above, permission should be requested in advance to the Facility.

  • Lost or Stolen Property. The Facility shall not be responsible for lost or stolen property, money, jewelry, or other items of property, including, without limitation, property of Renters, Patrons, or Guests, regardless of whether such loss occurs when the area is locked against entry or not. In addition to providing facility security measures, Renter must provide adequate security for their own property. Heritage Hall is not responsible for any items rented from outside sources or personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen on the premises. This includes any items that are left on campus overnight or post-event.

  • Loitering. There shall be no loitering by any unrelated party on the Property at any time. Also, refer to Patrons & Guests policy.

  • Disturbances. Fighting or other physical altercations are expressly prohibited on the Property, and may be the basis for removal of persons from the Property. There shall be no threats of physical violence made by any party against another. There shall be no offensive material displayed. It shall be the sole discretion of the Facility to determine what materials are offensive. There shall be no use of public explicit profanity on the Property. 

  • Physical Characteristics of Property. There shall be no alteration of the Property without advance written approval of the Facility. Sidewalks, doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways, and other similar Common Areas shall not be obstructed for any purpose other than ingress and egress. No signs, advertisements, or notices shall be painted or affixed on or to any windows or doors or any other part of the Building, without permission of authorized Facility personnel. 

  • Contests & Schemes. Contest, raffles, or games of chance that are within the guidelines of local, state, and federal law, are only permitted if approved in advance by the Facility. Any violation of the law thereof is strictly prohibited. Use of the Facility for services in connection with pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming, spimming, or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise) is strictly prohibited.

  • Performance of Music.  If any copyrighted music is to be played or publicly performed, the Renter must obtain necessary licenses from the copyright owner or licensing agency representing the copyright owner. The Facility is not responsible for licensing any music performances throughout the Facility.

  • Internet Use & FCC Requirements. Renter’s Attendees & Guests shall not publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information on or through the Facility’s internet access or servers. Renter shall not upload, broadcast, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software, or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, copyright, trademark laws, (or by rights of privacy or publicity,) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent to do the same. Renter shall not use any material or information, including images or photographs, made available in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party. Members shall not upload files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, bots, corrupted files, or any other like or similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another computer. Renter shall not download any file that you know, or should reasonably know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or distributed in such manner. Renter should take adequate protective measures to eliminate viruses, spyware, and/or malware from their computers. Members shall not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Facility’s Internet access services. Renter shall not harvest, or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without the authorization or consent of the disclosing party. Renter shall not create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others. Electronic equipment that uses radio frequency energy must meet Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations.

  • Illegal Drugs and Substances. Illegal drugs and substances are not permitted on the Property in any form. 

  • No Interference with Others.  Renter shall use the facility in a way as to not interfere with any other portions of the facility or neighboring facilities. Renter agrees to not impact the facility with any additional expense of maintaining the facility. No person shall be permitted to unduly disturb others as a result of sounds or other activities. All radios, cellular telephones, and other beeping and ringing devices are to be kept at a low level of volume, or in silent mode, while on the Property.

  • Garbage and Waste. There should be no littering on the Property. Please deposit all trash and garbage in the appropriate location or in such other areas specifically designated by the Facility. Removal from Property. The Facility reserves the right to remove any individual, including Patrons and Guests, from the Property at the discretion of Association representatives.
